equity funds, undertaken screening,
due diligence and valuations of potential investee companies.

Viable business proposals often fail to be implemented because of a lack of investment funds. We are able to assist with business planning, financial modelling, writing information memoranda documents and identifying potential investors. We can participate in the fundraising process and occasionally invest directly in selected agribusiness opportunities.
